Castle Sween
Castle Sween was occupied by Clan MacMillan in the 15th century. Its the oldest standing castle in Scotland. The rectangular tower in the photo at right is "MacMillan's Tower, after Alexander MacMillan, the chief who made the addition. This is the same Clan MacMillan chief who commissioned MacMillan's Cross. |
